产品说明: MM3474系列采用高耐压CMOS工艺,对于2次用锂电池/聚合物电池的过充电,过放电及过电流能起到保护作用的IC.当3节~5节的锂电池/聚合物电池在发生过充电,过放电及过电流时可起到一定的保护。另外,将MM3474进行级联,可对应6节以上电池的应用。IC内部由电压检测器,基准电压源,OR电路,不感应时间设定电路,逻辑电路等构成。
