    描述：
    XL7015是一款高效、高压降压型DC-DC转换器，固定150KHz

开关频率，可提供最高0.8A输出电流能力，低纹波，出色的线性调

整率与负载调整率。最高转换效率可以达到85%以上。XL7015内

置固定频率振荡器与频率补偿电路，简化了电路设计。
    PWM控制环路可以调节占空比从0~100%之间线性变化。内置

输出过电流保护功能，当输出短路时，开关频率从150KHz降至

45KHz。过温保护，短路保护等可靠性模块。内部补偿模块可以减

少外围元器件数量。

    XL7015为TO252-5L封装，采用标准外部元器件，应用灵活，另

具有选择关断功能。

     0.8A 150KHz 80V Buck DC to DC Converter             XL7015

    General Description

    The  XL7015  is  a  150KHz fixed frequency PWM buck (step-down)

DC/DC converter,  capable of driving a 0.8A load with high efficiency,

low  ripple  and  excellent  line  and  load  regulation.  Requiring       a

minimum number of external components, the regulator is simple  to

use and include internal frequency     compensation    and    a    fixed-

frequency oscillator.

    The PWM control circuit is able to adjust the duty ratio linearly from

0 to 100%.  An enable function,  an over current protection function is

built   inside.   When  output  short  protection  function  happens,   the

operation  frequency  will  be  reduced  from  150KHz  to  45KHz.        A

internal compensation block is built in to minimize external component

count.
